FRNKLN VAULT Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Every FRNKLN VAULT piece is made with precision and pride. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging.

    Second Chance (pre-loved and vintage) caps: return the cap in the same condition received, with no additional wear, use or washing after delivery. Existing wear disclosed in the listing is part of the condition received. Include any supplied tags and the original packaging.

  • To start a return, get in touch with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and further instructions.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers pay return shipping for eligible standard returns. FRNKLN VAULT covers return shipping for approved returns of damaged or incorrect items.

Final sale: Chapters (limited editions) and customised products are final sale. Standard FRNKLN VAULT and Tell Your Story caps may be returned under the conditions above. Kickstarter or pre-order status alone does not make a standard cap final sale.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design?
We offer exchanges for in-stock items only.
Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help set it up.

If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund once your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll take care of it quickly — the Vault stands by its craftsmanship.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, get in touch with your order number.

Return Address

You’ll receive the return address and instructions once your request is approved.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation — this helps us track and process your request faster.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
