FRNKLN VAULT Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Every FRNKLN VAULT piece is made with precision and pride. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact support@frnklnvault.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and further instructions.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Limited edition drops, “Told My Story” caps, customized pieces, and Kickstarter or pre-order items are final sale — these are made uniquely for the Vault and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges

Need a different size or design?
We offer exchanges for in-stock items only.
Contact us at support@frnklnvault.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help set it up.

If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund once your return is processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll take care of it quickly — the Vault stands by its craftsmanship.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Return Address

You’ll receive the return address and instructions once your request is approved.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation — this helps us track and process your request faster.


 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
