Made in the USA. Shipped with Care.

Every FRNKLN VAULT piece is crafted with intention — designed, detailed, and finished right here in the United States. We don’t rush greatness. Each order is prepared, checked, and packaged with the same pride and attention to detail that goes into every cap we create.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Limited drops & pre-orders (including Kickstarter releases): These are made in limited batches. Processing and production times will vary and will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to follow its journey to your door.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic (USA):
    We ship across the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
    Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
    Expedited options are available at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days) depending on customs and carrier conditions.
    International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied by their local authorities.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our vault, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking details after 7 business days, please contact us at support@frnklnvault.com and we’ll make it right.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We package every order securely, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, reach out within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) so our team can help resolve the issue quickly.
FRNKLN VAULT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier — but we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.
