FRNKLN VAULT Shipping Policy

Headwear for the journey.

FRNKLN VAULT is rooted in Los Angeles and inspired by the stories we carry. Our original caps are made in Los Angeles by FRNKLN VAULT. Second Chance is our separate collection of existing pre-loved and vintage headwear.

This page explains order processing, delivery and how to get help with your shipment.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Limited drops & pre-orders (including Kickstarter releases): These are made in limited batches. Processing and production times will vary and will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic (USA):
    Economy delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch, where offered.
    Available shipping services and rates depend on the products in your order and your delivery address. Your options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

  • International Shipping:
    We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days) depending on customs and carrier conditions.
    International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied by their local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our vault, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking details after 7 business days, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We package every order securely, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, reach out within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) so our team can help resolve the issue quickly.
FRNKLN VAULT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier — but we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.

Chapters (limited editions) and customised products are final sale. Standard FRNKLN VAULT and Tell Your Story caps are eligible for returns under the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
